This new fitness studio is conveniently located in the centre of Oshawa. As it's a new facility, patrons can count on a clean and crisp workout experience with every visit. It's located on the corner of Harmony and Taunton, in a location with plenty of parking and easy access for all.
This new style of fitness centre is designed to offer unique workouts that vary by the day. Each routine is focused and has a distinct purpose. To begin, our trainers will help you to assess your individual level of fitness. From there, you will embark on a series of exercises designed to increase your heart rate accordingly. This will happen as they move between various assigned stations during an hour-long workout. Over time, you will notice the ways in which your endurance and strength levels increase.
The centrepiece of the Oshawa facility are the trainers who guide each class. Their role is to help each visitor get the most out of their workout. To that end, each class is fun, energetic, and purposeful. All trainers are very knowledgeable in their field and ready to answer any questions that class members might have.
No matter what your current state of fitness might be, you are welcome at Orangetheory Fitness in Oshawa. Each visit will be new and encouraging. The gym itself is also well-suited for working professionals who are looking to squeeze in a great workout whenever they have time, and for anyone looking to improve their overall level of fitness. It is a centrepiece for moms of all ages who are looking to get back into a solid fitness routine. Our coaches work with you to discuss goals and create plans to meet them, whether it's planning to drop the baby weight, run a marathon, fit into a dress on a big day, or lower your risk of heart disease.
There are no contracts at this facility. Just come when you are ready and pay as you work out. You are welcome to stop and try a class for free. Call our Oshawa facility at (905) 335-3076 when you are ready to book your first class. You can also visit our portal online.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
